WE ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED STATES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED WITH PAYPAL BEFORE BIDDING. No shipping to PO,APO, FPO or PMB Boxes. We do not ship internationally; please do not send e-mail requesting international shipments

Buyer agrees to pay the fixed shipping charge listed in Shipping Section of the auction details. Alaska,HawaiiandPuerto Ricomay require additional shipping fees above the fixed priced shipping rate.  Any winning bidder with anAlaska,HawaiiorPuerto Ricoaddress needs to contact us via e-mail for the additional shipping charges, prior to completing the PayPal payment process.  All items will be shipped via either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted. Upgraded shipping options are available but must be arranged after winning an item by contacting us.  If you need to contact us about anything please use the Contact Seller option in eBay.

Tracking: Package tracking information will be e-mailed to winning bidder, after item has been packaged and shipped.  The email will come from the normal eBay/PayPal shipping notification process to the email address listed on the winning bidder’s eBay/Paypal Account.  Some email spam blockers will intercept this email so please have spam blockers configured correctly or turned off.  Please do not email requests for tracking information unless it has been at least 7 days from the end of the auction.

 

Terms of Sale:

All auction pictures are of the actual item or items for purchase.  Unless otherwise stated only the items pictured are included in each auction.
General Statement about Batteries & Power Supplies: All items such as computers, consumer electronics, power tools, etc with batteries, external power adapters or internal system batteries are checked for initial charge functionality only, and extended/extensive battery and power supply load tests are not completed.  Buyer assumes full responsibility for any battery irregularities that are not discovered during our basic functionality testing.  We block bidding from users that are not registered in theUSA.

Returns:  We guarantee the item or items in our auctions to be as described and pictured or your money back.  Shipping to buyer and return shipping are Non-Refundable.  Refunds due to buyer’s remorse will not be considered.  The buyer has 3 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. All returns require an inspection to verify the reported issue and items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.  We require confirmed return delivery on any returned item, and reserve the right to hold refunds until item has been received and verified.  If the item was damaged in shipping please notify us immediately and we will assist in filing a claim with UPS or USPS.

Auction Arms Policies

Payment:

Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order, payable to: PAWN 1ST, LLC

Receipt of payment (via Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order) is required within seven days of the close of this auction.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE AUCTION NUMBER IS WRITTEN ON THE CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.  This item shipped to FFL holder ONLY and a signed copy of the receiving FFL must be received via fax or mail before the item can be shipped. Know your state and local laws. If you cannot own this firearm where you live, please do not bid. We will not end the auction early, so please do not ask. GOOD LUCK and BID OFTEN!

 

Local Pickup

If you are interested in the local pickup option for this item, please contact us via e-mail or phone after the auction has closed.  There are no shipping and handling fees for local pickups, however, all purchases in the state of Arizona (local pickup and shipped items) are subject to City and State Sales Tax.

High bidder pays $25.00 for shipping in the lower 48.AlaskaandHawaiiresidents please contact us for additional shipping charges. We only ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and all items shipped with insurance. Returns

We offer a 7 day, no-shoot inspection period to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee the item or items in our auctions to be as described and pictured or your money back. If for any reason you are unhappy with a firearm, please return it along with proper documentation (FFL to FFL Transfer) and certified shipping for a refund.
